These Terms govern use of Calyfy's website, dashboard, AI phone receptionist, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.
Provide accurate account and business information, keep sign-in access secure, and manage who can use your business workspace. You are responsible for the content you enter, including business answers, call rules, transfer destinations, and scheduling instructions. You must have the rights needed to provide that content and to process caller information through the service.
You are responsible for informing callers about the use of an AI receptionist and for obtaining any notices or consents required for your calls, transcription, and follow-up activities. Review your configuration and call outcomes; AI responses and summaries can be incomplete or incorrect.
Calyfy can answer inbound calls, use the business information you provide, capture requests, and transfer callers according to your settings. The voice demo is a practice experience; it does not connect a live business number or create real appointments.
An eligible subscription includes access to one US inbound number, subject to availability and completion of phone setup. A requested area code or exact number is not guaranteed. If you forward an existing number to Calyfy, you remain responsible for configuring forwarding with your carrier and for any carrier charges.
Live appointment booking requires valid scheduling rules, a connected calendar, and an available time. If a booking cannot be confirmed, the receptionist may collect a request for staff review instead. Do not treat an unconfirmed request as a booked appointment.
Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Current prices, billing intervals, taxes, and any applicable usage terms are shown before you confirm checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the terms presented at checkout. Polar processes payment and provides the customer portal for managing a subscription. Check that portal for the effective date of a plan change or cancellation. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under the checkout terms and applicable law.
Access to paid features may change if a subscription expires, payment fails, or a plan changes. We will not charge for a number through a separate Calyfy checkout when it is included in the selected plan.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business and its callers. Contact us if you need to assess whether a regulated or sensitive workflow is suitable for Calyfy.
You keep your rights to business content you submit. You permit Calyfy and its service providers to process that content as needed to deliver and support the features you use. Connecting Google Calendar authorizes the calendar actions described in our Privacy Policy; you can disconnect it in Scheduling rules. Google, your phone carrier, and other connected providers may have their own terms and availability limits.
Calls and integrations depend on networks, carriers, and other providers. We work to keep Calyfy available but cannot promise uninterrupted call delivery, a particular AI answer, or that an external calendar or phone service will always respond. We may change features or suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, or service operation. We will give additional notice when required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Calyfy is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that it will meet every business need. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Calyfy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
